It Is In Our Nature To Destroy Ourselves

On this day in 1968 Robert Kennedy was assassinated.  

Martin Luther King had been murdered in the spring.

The times are not a'changing, 

for we are not.  

Not really.

But each act of forgiveness, of kindness 

helps slow our descent.

That is something to remember in times like these.
