Charlie James
has done a masterful performance of the voice of Sam McCord as he faces nightmare and worse to protect his flooded city.
There were moments even I had forgotten were in
FRENCH QUARTER NOCTURNE.
Jackie has this great blogfest.
As you might have guessed Samuel McCord,
cursed Texas Ranger, is my favorite hero --
think a supernatural Paladin (HAVE GUN WILL TRAVEL)
in modern New Orleans.
And his Moriarty is DayStar --
a paranormal with the delusion he is Lucifer
and the sheer intellect and power
to convince many of his assertion.
Samuel knows winning is impossible against such a being ...
but perhaps he can find a way to lose more slowly ...
and save as many helpless victims as possible
before the curtain falls on his haunted life.
The audio book of FRENCH QUARTER NOCTURNE
will be released through Audible and Amazon towards the End of June.
