  1. Is Sam a lot younger in this time? What about Victor? I have to check if I have this book.

  2. Wow, congrats on the stats!!!!!!

Loving the blog title, too :)

I'm almost finished listening to Victor. Things have been insane! Drama. More drama. Crisis......thankfully, mixed within it all are healthy doses of humor and grace.

    Hope you're doing well!

  3. D.G.:
You actually get a glimpse of Alice's mother in VOODOO plus Legba and another avatar of Victor's mother. Victor shows off his skill with the katana taught him by the mysterious Sensei -- whose identity you learn in VOODOO as well.

Victor doesn't run into SERGEANT McCord in 1834 New Orleans until THE RIVAL -- when Victor meets Davy Crockett, Jim Bowie, President Andrew Jackson --- and sees the mysterious, deadly Meilori in the flesh (under her arcane jade mask.)

    Words Crafter:
I've missed you. It sounds like life has been hectic and then some for you. Hate the drama, grateful for the humor and grace. :-)

I hope Victor has added a bit to the humor and Alice with the grace. :-)
