    A song to start the day - good one, Roland! Following the heart may lead us, but can also cause problems if a little mindfulness isn't also present. Our hearts can be fickle, but the mind tries to stay practical for the most part.

    Hi Roland - I hope we will all start to lead by the heart and set examples for others ... as you say above the heart is lifeblood of the soul ... I love their sound ...
