Those of us who loved the original series of STAR TREK have slowly watched it devolve into something Other.
Now, thanks to the wife of Leonard Nimoy, the son of Gene Roddenberry, and William Shatner we have been visited by the ghost of STAR TREK PAST.
It contains Easter Eggs from recent versions of Star Trek with snippets
from the 3rd season of Picard where it was hinted that a clone of Captain Kirk was being investigated
to the last scene of GENERATIONS with Spock visiting the grave of Capt. Kirk to
Spock dying in an alternate timeline in STAR TREK BEYOND.
No matter -- it was an early Christmas present to a fan who sorely needed one.

As Spock would say, fascinating! I almost can't getting to any other Star Trek much beyond the original series, including the movies based on it. But some of the series beyond that have some good storylines.

DeleteI was and am an avid fan of the original series, and certainly to my thinking, Mr Spock was the highlight.
