MISS ME?
My computer is still on the fritz. Have you tried writing a post on a Kindle Fire?
NO FUN!!
Anyway, don't forget me. I miss you guys and girls!
I am heading into a rough weekend at work, pitching in for a co-worker on vacation --
which means even less sleep than usual on a usually gruelling weekend.
Wish me luck. Have I said how much I've missed all of you?
Hi Roland - what a pain in all ways ... I hope the computer can be de-fritzed soon ... or a 'new' one found soon. As for working all hours ... drive safely and you're doing an amazing job for people who are so desperate for your blood courier services ... you'll be saving many lives and giving them another chance in life.
ReplyDeleteSo very good luck, take care and yes we miss you ... cheers Hilary
Yes, a pain -- but really I tell myself that others depend on the work I do. Thanks for being my friend!
DeleteI hope you survive this weekend.
ReplyDeleteI worked 15 hours straight yesterday! Whew! Thankfully, today is starting much slower!!
DeleteHang in there! Try to keep thinking the good thoughts and know that your friends will indeed be waiting :-)
ReplyDeleteWriting with a fritzed computer is no fun! Thanks for having my back! :-)
DeleteWe miss you too, Roland, and as I am into my last week before the move to new digs, I will be scarce too. Trying to compile a couple of posts to bide over the unpacking boxes/bins stage, so blogs will look somewhat alive. Take it easy re driving, and do get sleep even if it's in snatches. Good luck with the pc problem!
ReplyDeleteAfter 15 straight hours yesterday, my supervisor had a co-worker give me last night to sleep undisturbed!! Yay!!
DeleteBest of luck with that move. I HATE moving!!!!
You don't know how much we depend on computers till you find your self without one. Good luck, and hope all is well.
ReplyDeleteThanks, David. I have a migraine today that I can't seem to shake. Have a great weekend and week!
DeleteSorry your computer is on the fritz. Hope the weekend didn't kill you off.
ReplyDeleteSunday's daylight hours were calm, but now the night is running me ragged! I hope I can get this computer up and running again soon.
DeleteSure I missed ya! It's kinda scary how dependent we are on our computers, isn't it? Please be safe in your work this weekend and then get lotsa sleep. May the open road be kind to you.
ReplyDeleteA severe sunspot could put all of us off the cyberverse for months! Not a calming thought.
DeleteThe blood runs are coming hot and heavy now at night.Whew!
